I gave away my first gift today! I had some bath salts that I know I will never use and I wrapped them up and gave them to my friend Krystal from "It's God's Plan" ,who by the end of today will probably need them. She so kindly looked after Asher for me today when I had to go to the dentist (due to a chipped tooth). I was meant to go in the morning but they called and asked if they could switch me to this afternoon, so Asher happily played with his friend Piper for the 3rd time in 2 days!
So as for activities for Asher, he had his first taste of Turkish bread for lunch, complete with vegemite! Also, he got to play with his friends and today was the first day to use his new routine chart, which, as for the routine part went a bit skewif today. He really likes it though and knows that we need to look at it to know what to do next... Daddy wants one to now!
Ok, so the thing I am grateful for today is going to sound odd, but I am truly grateful for the opportunity to help my friend to dust her house after leaving her windows open in yesterdays dust storm (she was at my house!). It is actually great to be able to help others, but also when it comes to dusting, I love nothing better than to be able to see results when cleaning and dusting when there is actual dust to get rid of is very rewarding... ok so I am a bit freaky - the things you will learn!
