Today we had a huge day...
A birth, a first birthday party, the experience of having 1, then 2, then 3 children all at once (aged 1,2 and 3 as well), then a hospital visit to see new baby Hendrix (my darling nephew), then home with 2 kids for an afternoon of playing, then out for pizza at friends.
May not sound huge but if you only have one child (like us) the part about gaining more children was the exhausting part - but it was the funnest too!
Would you believe after all that I even found time to throw stuff out! Some old plastic pots and my old mop!
Asher had a great day with his cousin Tia, and one of his most favorite friends Piper. He also got a few nurses of his new cousin Hendrix (who, by the way, he is totally smitten with). Plus he got to go to darling Ever's first birthday party and have loads of fun!
Today I was grateful that I was able to help out a dear friend (and her hubby) in her time of need, and also that my darling husband Brad was with me when I had to pile 3 kids in and out of our car!
