There has been heaps going on for me these past few weeks. Its been some very trying and sad times. But I can always count on my friends. I have received not one but two awesome gifts from Kt in just the last two weeks both of which I HAVE to show you!
I got this cute little pink bag full of sewing goodies for my new kit...
Then today she presented me with this wonderful book which I simply can't wait to make something out of...
Through our friendship I have been given gifts from her which have been so incredibly thoughtful and just so spot on, Kt you are truly gifted (no pun intended)! Thank you!
After showing you my handmade gifts in my last post, I must report back that all but 2 gifts have been given and the squeals of delight and the smiles on the faces that I got in return were all worth it! I think my niece Arabelle's response was the best. She has just turned 3 and when she pulled the crown and the skirt from the bag the response was something like... "Oh wow, a pretty crown, oh and a DANCING SKIRT, I HAVE A DANCING SKIRT MUMMY!!!" She was so excited! My other niece Tia looked so cute doing little bum wiggles in her tutu yesterday too!
This was our Christmas spread for the "Wheaton" family Christmas we had yesterday!
We are off to spend Christmas with Brad's family in Bendigo so until I log in and blog again...
