If you are a fan of the 80's as I am (not so much of it's return however) then I know you'd be singing that song right now from Vanilla Ice. Anyway the reason for the title is that today I defrosted my freezer, yes I know technically not decluttering BUT I did make more space for frozen food!!! I really loved the feeling of getting the last two massive ice chuncks that were stuck on the roof of the freezer and took me the longest to get out.
Today we just had a nice relaxing day at home... apart from the bit where I plonked myself in front of the freezer of course, but it was nice to not have Asher in my hair as I did it. He and Brad looked at rollercoasters, cars, and youtube clips of who knows what for almost 2 hours - apparently Asher loved it and sat still the whole time! (2 minutes of him sitting still would have been amazing but 2 hours was an awesome trick.)
I am grateful for the peaceful time I had cleaning the freezer.
Now I know I said I was not going to work on a Sunday, but I actually enjoy cleaning (somewhat) especially if I know that a certain 2 year old can't mess up my good work.
