Not just the ordinary sort either, the type that likes to make your glands swell, send you bouts of nausea, block your ears and make your head feel like it is made of lead!
A few nice things have come from it though.
Yesterday when Asher and I were out and about I told him that I wasn't feeling well and asked him to pray for me. Which he did! "God peas make mummy not sick, better good. Amen" Then he asked me,"Mummy, you need do a poo?" (When he has a sore tummy I ask this sometimes) Ahh, laughter truly is the best medicine, right after prayer.
Then this afternoon he decided he wanted to ride his bike and realised there was toys all over the lounge so he put all the toys away!!! ON HIS OWN!!! Good thing I was already lying down on the couch, I think I may have passed out!
After a while of riding his bike he decided that the loungeroom rug was great fun to crawl under and then one time after crawling out his legs were under it (see below picture) and he looked at where he was and then at the door. Realising that Daddy would be home soonish, he said in a cheeky chuckle,"Daddy come home and, walk, walk, woaaahhh (his hand made a motion indicating Daddy would fly through the air after tripping on him)!" Yes quite funny indeed!
PS On something else, last Friday I saw the HUGEST speed boat/catamaran thing on the back of a Mack truck - I had never seen anything like it. If anyone knows anything about these things let me know - here is a snap of it.
